The first 3 documents are free per user. After that, it's CAD 0.50 to 2.00 per document depending on plan. Firms with more than 5 users get volume discounts and can request an enterprise plan with monthly or yearly consolidated billing.

What is the RDPRM and why automate its extraction?

The Registre des droits personnels et réels mobiliers (RDPRM) is Quebec's public registry for personal and movable real rights. A single extract can list dozens of inscriptions of different natures. Copying them by hand into a Word or Excel table takes 2–3 hours a day during diligence. Tablix automates OCR, classification of all 112 official natures de droit, party-role assignment (Titulaire/Constituant, Cédant/Cessionnaire, etc.), and proper-French remark sentence generation.

Is data hosted in Quebec?

Yes. Infrastructure is hosted in Canada, transport uses HTTPS/TLS 1.2+, and authentication runs through Keycloak (optional Google SSO via PKCE). Documents are never used to train external models. ISO 27001 certification is in progress, targeted for end of Q3 2026.
